The Holy Smoke Hog Roast Company is owned and operated by the Lawrence Family  of Trafalgar Indiana. We are fourth generation hog farmers.  In addition to roasting hogs and other catering duties we also concentrate  on producing the finest naturally raised, antibiotic and hormone free,pork possible.  

We have developed relationships with like minded local farmers who produce beef and lamb while adhering to the same natural and humane standards. These relationships allows The Holy Smoke Hog Roast Company to offer you the finest locally produced Pork, Beef and Lamb.

The HOLY Smoke Hog Roast Company has also established close business relationships with several local  family owned USDA inspected meat processors.  This relationship combined with our extensive knowledge of food preparation uniquely prepares us to work with and guide  you insuring your meat is cut wrapped and packed to best serve your family.  It does not mater if understand the process they will guide you step by step.  Your  meat will then be processed to your exact specifications, carefully wrapped, and quick frozen.  We will then personally deliver the meat to your door ready to put in your freezer.

Freezer Meats
Pork is available by the whole or half.  Beef by the whole half or split side, and Lamb is available by the whole.  The price you are quoted will include all processing and delivery costs.

Roasting Hogs.
Roasting hogs are provided anytime but should be ordered at least two weeks in advance of your event. This meat is available for pick-up or can be delivered to you fresh or frozen.  Remember we can also deliver a fully cooked roasting hog to your event. This meat will arrive hot and ready to carve or we can also fully due-bone the meat  to make it ready for you to serve.
