Catering Packages

We are happy to offer the following packages as a guide for your planning and to aid you in your selections.  These packages are in no way all that the Holy Smoke Hog Roast Company can offer you.  We want you to freely bring your requests to us.  We pride ourselves on providing the unique touches your event may require.  The prices listed below are current as of May 1, 2010. However they are subject to change according to the market. 

The packages offered below do not include drinks, ice, tables, chairs, dinner ware, or other facilities.  However, we can provide these at additional cost.  Just let us know what you need or how we can make your event all you and your guests want it to be.

Package #1 is our most popular service.  It combines the best of outdoor style catering with the ease of taking your guests to a fast food restaurant. This is our "Portable Hog Roast".  We prepare the meat and sides in our facility and then deliver them to your event in disposable heated and cooled chafing dishes ready for you and your guests to enjoy.  This includes disposable serving utensils as well.  This package is extremely popular for birthday parties, corporate events, and graduation parties. We take on all of the hard work you get all the credit. The Portable Hog Roast Package includes:

• Ample portions of our perfectly cooked pulled pork for each of your guest to enjoy at least 2 full portions.
• Our very special rotisserie chicken (Portioned to serve approximately 10% of your guests)
• Your choice of any three of the side dishes, salads or desserts listed on our "Menu" Page.
• Buns, and sweet and traditional BBQ Sauce.
• Delivery and set up at your event or party. Delivery is included within a 20 mile radius of Trafalgar IN. Additional one way milage will be charges at $.55 /Mile

Portable Hog Roast Pricing -

• 100 Guests and over          $10.95 per person plus tax
• 75 - 99 Guests                    $11.50 per person plus tax
• 50 - 74 Guests                    $11.95 per person plus tax
• Below 50 Guests                  $595.00 plus tax

 

Package #2 is the more traditional choice it is our "On-Site Hog Roast" We begin cooking the hog, lamb or OX roast in our facility. Approximately 2 - 3 hours before you are scheduled to begin serving your guests we will arrive with one of our mobile cookers in tow.  The meat will continue cooking as we travel to your site and we will finish the process after we arrive.  Beginning one hour before your serving time we break down the meat and place it into disposable chaffing pans.  We will set up your serving table and serve your guests for the first hour.  The meat and sides will be left in chaffing dishes for you and your guests to enjoy.  We have 2 options for you to consider.
