The Holy Smoke Hog Roast Company is owned and operated by the Roger Lawrence Family of Trafalgar, Indiana.  The entire family participates in all aspects of the business.  In addition to catering, we raise and exhibit champion level show pigs.  We produce natural, hormone, and antibiotic free freezer meat and roasting hogs.  This business has grown following the time tested moral and ethical practices gleaned from our multi-generational farm family tradition.  We are proud of our roots.  We work hard to serve our church and our community.  We are actively involved in 4H and have successfully exhibited several champion hogs over the past 10 years.
            
            The Holy Smoke Hog Roast Company has a very simple premise.  We are a Christ Centered family owned operation.  We conduct all of our business is a manner designed to honor and glorify Jesus Christ.  We are stewards of his creations and feel the call of the direction given to his disciples, "So guard yourselves and God’s people. feed and shepherd God’s flock—his church, purchased with his own blood " (Acts 20:28)-NLT.

The freezer meat we offer you is produced naturally using absolutely no hormones of feed added antibiotics.  We take great pride and believe it is our responsibility to offer meat from animals exclusively produced meeting or exceeding all standards set forth in the National Pork Board’s Swine Welfare Assurance Program and Pork Quality Assurance Program.  All animals kept in our facilities will be raised naturally and treated humanely.
